復合纖維是多組分纖維的一種，是針對人造纖維品種的術語。在同一根纖維截面上存在兩種或兩種以上不相混合的聚合物纖維，這種纖維稱復合纖維，利用復合纖維制造技術可以獲得兼有兩種聚合物特性的雙組分纖維。有并列型、皮芯型、海島型等復合纖維，纖維截面有圓形和異形。
