熔紡噴絲板 Spinneret for Melt Spinning
熔紡是化纖纖維的主要成形方法之一， 合成纖維主要品種滌綸、錦綸、丙綸等都采用熔紡生產(chǎn)。
熔紡的主要特點(diǎn)是卷繞速度高、不需要溶劑和沉淀劑，設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單，工藝流程短。
本公司生產(chǎn)各種不同的異形孔熔紡噴絲板。
By melt spinning, polymer granules are melted and then extruded through the spin head. Melt spinning process is very cost effective and with high speed.
In addition to round hole, we manufacture spinnerets with profiled hole shape, some of which are used in producing hollow fiber.
噴絲板的孔型除了圓形，還有各種異形孔。
生產(chǎn)時(shí)能同時(shí)噴出常規(guī)纖維和異形纖維，從而提高了成品纖維可紡性，同時(shí)增強(qiáng)了成品纖維的易染性,不但降低染色成本，而且色彩更為飽滿。
由于異形纖維表面的溝槽結(jié)構(gòu)所產(chǎn)生 的毛細(xì)現(xiàn)象可具有良好的水份吸收擴(kuò)散效果，吸濕性強(qiáng)，表面不易產(chǎn)生漫反射，光澤亮麗具有良好的仿天然效果。
